Yoga and Meditation Basics ( hatha style)

Description: If you are new to yoga, or want to perfect your form, this is a great class for you. Classes focus on alignment and will teach poses you will see in yoga classes. Iyengar inspired. 15 minutes of meditation instruction will start off each class. A different meditation technique is taught in each class.
Credentials: Erin is a speech pathologist who helped to bring mindfulness to her school district. She completed her 200hour yoga teacher training at Shine Yoga.
