Yin and Myofascial Release (Restorative Style)

Held: Mondays, 7pm and Thursdays, 5:45pm
Description: If you want to increase flexibility, decrease pain and calm your nervous system, this class should be on your weekly menu. Both techniques work on the fascial layer of the body to hydrate tissue and get rid of the clumps and bumps that form from habit and injury. 
Credentials: Sara has completed 60 hours of training in both Yin and Myofascial Release through Yoga Medicine. She has also provided myofascial workshops for both certified yoga teachers and yoga students.
