This workshop will include a two hour lecture and discussion on how stress works and how to prevent it, followed by a one hour yoga class designed to combat stress.
Allison is a licensed mental health clinician as well as a Himilayan Institute trained yoga teacher. Her lecture will go into the science behind stress, why our brains create stress and how we can combat it.
