This spring we will shed. We’ll get rid of the physical, mental, and emotional gunk. We’ll start to feel like ourselves again. Join us for a change in diet, a week long detox, and yoga to match. Three days of yoga per week at the studio is all you need to do to be a part of it. The program lasts one month and includes a detox diet and recipes, sleep hygiene and journaling prompts. We also have a group Facebook page and prizes for completes. Give yourself renewal, come join our community. Kick off is March 31st at 12:30pm. It’s a soup swap. Bring 4-6 small containers of vegan soup to exchange with other jumpstarters! Yoga log and diet changes begin April 1st.
