Vinyasa Basics (vinyasa style)

Description: Learn the anatomical structure of typical vinyasa flow postures and learn to find the rhythm of your breath and movement. Great if you are new to vinyasa or if you aren't sure that you are doing a vinyasa posture in a way that is safe and effective for your body.  Class will be slow. All yoga beginners welcome
