Description: A quiet and meditative class designed to foster physical and emotional healing through supported postures. Includes a body scan and essential oils to support release and relaxation
Credentials: Sara has studied meditation, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and the nervous system through Yoga Medicine as part of her 500 hour advanced teacher training. Barb is a certified Reiki Master and an RN. she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training through Shine Yoga.
