Resilience ( Hatha Style)

Held: Mondays 9:30am, Wednesdays, 4:30pm
Description: Resilience is what we all need and what yoga gives us. This hatha style class balances strength and bone building postures with myofascial release and other methods to improve flexibility. 15 minutes of optional guided meditation included at the end of every class taking the class from 75 to 90 minutes for those who choose to remain for meditation.
Credentials: Sara trained through Kripalu (200 hours), the largest Yoga Teacher Training program in the country, and Yoga Medicine (500 hours) a science based approach to teaching yoga and providing yoga therapy. She has 84 hours of training in myofascial release.
