So start with a one on one. Learn the basic postures and structure of a class. Learn how to keep your body safe and get the most out of yoga. Then take three of Shine’s beginner’s classes. We hold Yoga and Meditation Basics every week on Mondays at 7:15pm. You can choose any three classes within a year of purchase.

Massage works, chiropractic adjustments work, but they are temporary. Yoga is for life. A yoga therapy session looks at your whole body, including the compensations we make due to habit or injury. In a session, you’ll learn how your particular body works and how to support it. You’ll take home tools to use everyday to feel better. Anatomy focused classes—the Details—are held twice a week. Wednesdays at 9:30am and Saturdays at 10:30am. With this package you can choose any three details classes within a year of purchase.
