We provide 30 to 35 classes per week, 7 days a week, that change seasonally and vary in style. We provide traditional hatha classes, fast paced vinyasa, anatomy-focused , sports and power, restorative, meditation, beginners, and everything in between. You do not need to sign up for classes to reserve your spot, but you can if you prefer to set your schedule ahead of time. An app is also available to make scheduling easier.
