We provide 30 to 35 classes per week, 7 days a week, that change seasonally and vary in style. We provide traditional hatha classes, fast paced vinyasa, anatomy-focused , power, restorative, meditation, beginners, and everything in between. You do not need to sign up for classes to reserve your spot, but you can if you prefer to set your schedule ahead of time. Scheduled classes are below, just click to reserve your spot.
