Shine Yoga is...

Note: Sunday all levels class at 2:00 is cancelled for the rest of the Spring.

Friday, June 9th, Sunset Yoga in the Giving Garden to celebrate the Union Pleasant Elementary School Giving Garden and our neighborhood. 7:15pm start time after the drum circle! Located in the field across the street from the Union Pleasant Elementary School--Pleasant Avenue Entrance.
Wednesday June 14th Benefit concert for WNY Food Bank
Wednesday June 21st Benefit Restorative Class... Celebrate Summer Solstice with us and the Let their be Light International which has recently opened an office in Buffalo and provides solar light to people in the developing world. The class will begin half an hour later than usual( 7:30 pm start time) and the room will be lit with solar light.
